1. Provider and contacts

2. Nature of services

The salon provides sound-vibration (vibro-resonant) sessions, intimate gatherings and events. This is an experience and practice of state, not a medical procedure, diagnosis or treatment.

Services do not replace a doctor’s consultation. If you have medical conditions, are pregnant, use a pacemaker, have psychiatric restrictions or other contraindications, please tell us in advance. The Provider may decline a session if participation would be unsafe.

Results are individual and not guaranteed. Descriptions on the website are not a promise of a specific effect.

3. Services and prices

The current list and prices are published on the Sessions page and on event pages. The price of a second master, where available, is shown on the website (as a rule, ×1.5).

The Provider may change prices by publishing updates on the website. For an already confirmed booking, the price agreed at confirmation applies. Services with individual pricing are paid at the agreed amount.

4. Booking and confirmation

A form submission is not a final reservation. The process is:

• you submit a request with contact details and a preferred date;
• the salon contacts you to clarify and confirm the time;
• after confirmation, payment is arranged (including online — after a payment terminal is connected).

Until the salon confirms, the date is not reserved. Places at events are limited.

5. Payment

Until an online payment terminal is connected, payment is made by the method agreed at booking confirmation. After YooKassa or another service is connected, payment may be accepted online. The payment obligation arises after booking confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Rescheduling, cancellation and no-show

The client may reschedule or cancel a booking by notifying the salon by phone or another agreed channel no later than 24 hours before the start.

If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or in case of a no-show without notice, any prepayment may be non-refundable or credited toward a future booking — at the Provider’s discretion, of which the Client is informed at payment.

The salon may reschedule a session for valid reasons (master’s illness, force majeure, technical reasons), offering a new date. If the Client declines the reschedule, the prepayment is refunded.

7. Events and club

Master’s Evening and Club “State 8004” are separate events; conditions, slots and seat limits are stated on the event pages. A request does not guarantee a place until the salon confirms.

Partner services and materials (including external retreats) are governed by the terms of the respective organisers, unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Rules while at the salon

• keep a calm atmosphere and follow staff guidance;
• arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the session without recalculation or lead to a reschedule — by agreement;
• photo and video recording — only with the consent of the salon and other participants.

9. Age

Services are provided to adults. Participation of minors — only with the consent of a legal representative and by prior arrangement with the salon.

10. Website use

It is prohibited to use the website for unlawful purposes, automated data collection or attempts to disrupt the website or forms. Website content belongs to the Provider or rights holders; copying without consent is prohibited, except for personal non-commercial viewing.

11. Liability

The Provider is not liable for subjective sensations after a session, for decisions the Client makes after a visit, or for harm resulting from undisclosed health information. The Provider’s aggregate liability for claims related to a specific service is limited to the price of that paid service, except where mandatory under the law of the Russian Federation.

12. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes and applicable law

The current version of these Terms is published on this page. The relations of the parties are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached — in the manner provided by consumer-protection law.
